We are a new organisation, so we will not show you results we have not produced. Instead, here is exactly what we intend to achieve, how the change is meant to happen, and the framework that will prove whether it did.
Status
All figures on this page are three-year targets, not achievements. Progress will be published against each one.

04Theory of Change
Each stage has its own indicators. If a stage does not move, the ones after it are not claimed. That discipline is the point of our model.
01
Funding, partnerships, volunteers, local knowledge and technical expertise.
02
Skills training, clean-energy installs, enterprise funding, rights advocacy and emergency relief.
03
Students in school, women & youth skilled, enterprises funded, relief delivered.
04
Higher literacy, financial independence, empowered leaders, rapid crisis recovery.
05
Inclusive communities capable of sustaining their own social and economic development.
02Impact Metrics — Three-Year Targets
Targets assume the Year 1 funding pipeline is met. Where it is not, the target moves and we say so publicly rather than quietly restating it.
5,794
Mentorship, materials and retention support across partner schools.
15,000+
Enterprise, vocational and digital skills programmes.
100+
Across priority states, prioritising under-served rural areas.
50+
Formal MOUs, capacity building and grassroots partner NGOs.

Education is the first pillar we will fund, because retention data is the fastest honest signal that a programme is working.
Operating Commitments
Target share of every donation directed to frontline delivery.
Every programme reported publicly with methodology attached.
Share of programmes co- designed with local committees by Year 3.
03Global Alignment
Our work contributes to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the broader global development agenda.
SDG 4
Mentorship, learning materials and teacher support to keep children in school.
SDG 5
Economic empowerment and leadership pathways for women and girls.
SDG 7
Solar access for households, clinics and community learning centres.
SDG 13
Reforestation, climate education and resilience planning with communities.

05Monitoring & Evaluation

Before any activity, we record the starting conditions with the community so change is measurable, not asserted.
Programme indicators are collected on a fixed cycle by field teams and verified against partner records.
Findings are published — including what underperformed — and feed directly into the next planning cycle.

06Fund the first year
Every contribution is tracked to a programme, and every programme reports back. You will know exactly what your support built.
